Donation Request Guidelines
Dinosaur World is pleased to be able to support fundraising events in our local Florida, Texas, and Kentucky communities for non-profit organizations, public and private schools. We are unable to donate to events benefiting for-profit organizations or a single person or family. Due to the large volume of requests we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines in order to be considered for a donation of two tickets to Dinosaur World for your event. Priority will be given to events that focus on children and education.

Donation requests must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead at least 45 days prior to the event date. Please include event date in your letter.

Include a copy of your 501(C)(3) IRS status letter including EIN (Federal ID Number).

Include a copy of your current state certificate of exemption for sales tax (Texas use form 01-339 - needs to be completed and signed).

Organizations are eligible for donations once per calendar year.

A written receipt must be provided when donations are received.
Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
