A Day in Review: Reptile Day
On January 21st, 2023, Dinosaur World, Florida hosted Gatorland Orlando for Reptile Day! Reptile Day was a huge hit as our guests got to hang out with and learn about so many cool critters. We had an alligator, a snake, a turtle, and more! All of the reptiles were handled and cared for by a representative from Gatorland. The representative allowed the children to touch and even hold some of the reptiles. The kids were so excited – and some adults even got in on the fun and tried holding the reptiles! We were so happy to have had the opportunity to host our friends from Gatorland and loved seeing all of the joy that the reptiles brought to everyone’s faces.
Another cool thing that we had during this event was our new photo-op up by the entrance to the park. This photo-op features a dinosaur that the kids can sit on and a neat backdrop – perfect for photos! Although the Reptile Day was a one day event, the photo-op is here to stay and will be available during future visits!
